Job description
Reporting to the General Manager you will be working as part of a dynamic and multinational Business Development team, and be responsible for supporting all sales management activity and direct sales activity for the Sales Team. You will also support the Managing Director on his sales-related activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Booking meetings across prospect and client accounts for Managing Director, General Manager and Global Key Accounts Director
- Plan, organise and book all sales-related trips
- Work on client preparation and follow-up-presentations
- Invoicing all clients
- Generate leads through market and client research
- To ensure our databases, our server and all information management is accurate, tidy and regularly updated
- Manage our on-line and physical sales library efficient, ensuring the sales team have relevant publications and material
- Conduct a quarterly competitor analysis for GCC
- Attend and/or research relevant trade events
- Produce regular B2B mail-outs and be responsible for any sales material required for business trips and meetings
- Assist General Manager with induction process for new starters and on-going assistance concerning daily well-being of Sales Team
- Assist General Manager with internal recruitment of sales team
- Responsible for government body relationships for sales activity, eg UKTI, embassies etc
- Analysis, measurement and reporting of sales activity into a Management Information System

Person Specification:
- Degree qualified
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast moving environment
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite, with an additional language being beneficial
KPI's will be set and managed on a weekly basis
