Job description
Reporting to a Business Development Director you will be responsible for supporting all sales activity for him/her and will be a general support for the Sales Team, working as part of a dynamic and multinational Business Development team, generating revenue for Global Career Company (GCC) by nurturing new leads and existing prospects into Clients, selling the portfolio of GCC services across the emerging markets with a focus on Africa and Asia.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Booking meetings across prospect and client accounts
- Generate leads through market and client research
- Competitor analysis for relevant markets
- Attend and/or research relevant trade events
- Work on client preparation and follow-up-presentations
- Produce regular B2B mail-outs
- Full contact database management
- Assist with preparation for key events and Summits
- To ensure our databases, our server and all information management is accurate, tidy and regularly updated
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Flexible and hands-on attitude
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
Person Specification:
- Degree qualified
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast moving environment
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite, with an additional language being beneficial
KPI's will be set and managed on a weekly basis
