
The internationally renowned Careers in Africa event is now in its tenth year. We have successfully recruited up to 1,000 candidates each year and a total of 4,500 across 70 countries through our unique recruitment initiatives that include our world famous recruitment summits.
Our candidates are of the highest-calibre and are some of the ‘hardest to reach’ from around the world. They are people who combine international experience and outstanding academic and technical qualifications with local and regional knowledge. By our rigorous pre-selection screening, we ensure that only the most suitable candidates are selected to attend our events, delivering time and resource efficiency to your recruitment process.
The minimum requirements for our candidates are:
- Fluency in English, French, Portuguese or Arabic
- Work authorisation for at least one African country
- Exposure to international markets and work cultures
- A desire to return to Africa to develop their career
