Recruitment Summits

We currently organise annual Recruitment Summits for Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe across Europe and the US, with new events being launched across other markets in 2008 and 2009.

These unique recruitment events enable a consortium of companies to interview hundreds of pre-selected Candidates, from recent graduates through to professionals with up to 10 years of experience.

Through a global attraction campaign and a rigorous pre-selection process, Candidates are invited to the Summit, held over two to three days, selected according to individual Company profiles.

Typically, 700 - 1000 Candidates are invited to attend, pre-selected from thousands of applications, with the result being a very high offer-to-recruitment ratio.
