Altech places tremendous value on its human capital, in particular the development and growth of employees both within the and outside of the group, by offering university bursaries to successful candidates, within the fields of information technology and engineering. Altech recognizes the skills shortage in South Africa, particularly in the ICT sector, which gave rise to the formation of the Altech Academy, in an effort to attract, grow and retain a South African workforce.
