The Vernon Group is an Angolan company with national and international interests, created in 2004 to meet growing demand recorded in several economical sectors.

Its activity started in the oil industry with the formation of Vernon Angolan Services, SA in order to provide assistance to this sector. With the energy and power of a strong company, the Group gained strength and took their first steps into the Real Estate market with their participation in the society Tropical Heat - General Trade and Industry, and with the investment and participation in the first Shopping Mall of the country, BelasShopping.

The quick growth forced to an adjustment, not only organizational but also logistics. Hence, in 2007 the Group launched Building Vernon, its own head office, equipped with high technology, thus allowing a higher performance in all fields of action.

After restructuring, the Group established Vernon Investments SA and Vernon Finance House SA in order to consolidate its activities with holding companies. The gap for high quality spaces on the real estate market made Vernon Estate SA focus on construction, through a systemic view, providing the technical infrastructure and technology, able to meet the demands of modern market.

During its recent existence, Vernon Group has been demonstrating consistency in all markets where it operates. Its actions are guided not only by the rigor and transparency in commercial transactions, but also by constantly making adjustments to the Angolan reality taking part in the development of its society.
