Pre-selection

All of our candidates have been pre-selected to ensure they are of highest calibre and have:

• Strong managerial potential and/or technical skills
• Work authorisation for at least one country in Africa
• Fluency in English, Portuguese or French 

Scheduled Interviews

Our recruitment team will organise your interview schedule around networking activities at the Summit. In addition to this, we manage all the communication with candidates, allowing you to focus on preparing for the event.

Spontaneous Interviews

You may not be able to pre-arrange all of your interviews prior to arriving. Our recruitment team can help you to arrange additional ‘spontaneous interviews’ with candidates you may have missed or who applied late in the process.
