Responsibilities:
• Selling of the GE Energy core and industrial services to customers in Tunisia, Morocco & Libya (transactional and contractual offerings for GE gas turbines, steam, generators and BOP)
• Establish C level relationship with the major Utilities his assigned area
• Build and Execute Sales strategies to meet customers identified and emergent needs (CTQ)
• Develop a Energy Services Sales market strategy by incorporating regional marketing analysis and customer satisfaction feedback
• Lead and Energise the Energy Services team in a matrix environment to meet or exceed the Operating Plan for Orders, Sales and CM in the Core Power Gen Segment with unyielding integrity
• Support the integration of the various GE sales, commercial and execution teams to provide coordinated approaches to customers
• Actively participate of the development of New Product request (within New Production Introduction process) and business development opportunities to penetrate new customers and markets segment
• Implement flawless inquiry to order (ITO) to order to remittance (OTR) transition
• Incorporate Six Sigma Quality to improve the ITO process, increase market penetration and increase customer touch time and profitability
Qualifications/Requirements:
• BS in engineering or business
• Expertise in rotating equipment (turbines, generators,compressors, motors)
• Successful sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of customer financial drivers
• Excellent leadership, co-ordination and influencing skills
• Fluent in English and French
