2. Candidates apply online through your microsite and their CVs are captured in our Candidate Management System.
3. Designated recruiters pre-select CVs of suitable candidates.
4. Our recruiters will conduct telephone qualification interviews and send you candidates at agreed intervals. You decide whether you to take it further directly or ask us to conduct a more in-depth competency based interview.
5. We can organise interviews for you in-country, over the phone or at one of our Careers in Africa Recruitment Summits.
