Since its inception in 2002 Global Career Company has grown in strength and purpose as an international recruitment consultancy.

The movement of human capital from developing markets has left a significant gap in those regions where economic growth and independence hinges on attracting talent back from the international market. Global Career Company specialises in locating and attracting these groups of high calibre professionals back to their region of origin.

More than 4000 African professionals have now secured positions successfully through the Careers in Africa recruiting initiative, positioning Global Career Company as a leader in the African recruitment market.

Our unique Careers in Africa Recruitment Summits have seen significant growth since they launched in 2003. In 2007, Summits were held in London, Brussels and Houston, with the London event having grown to accommodate 54 companies, more than 11 000 applications and over 1200 Candidates pre-selected for interviews, making it the largest and most successful African recruiting event in the world.

Simultaneously, Global Career Company launched the Careers in Asia brand in 2006, successfully recruiting high calibre Candidates for over 40 companies operating across Asia.

The emergence of the Russia & CIS region has proven to be both challenging and rewarding for those companies looking to recruit the best Russian talent from abroad. 2007 has seen Global Career Company launch Careers in Russia & CIS, attracting a range of multinationals and major Russian companies, to recruit from a pool of over two thousand Russian-speaking candidates across Europe.
